for medical cannabis recommendations in the State of Kentucky

Medical marijuana can help with symptom management associated with all of the qualifying conditions by:

Patients with a qualifying diagnosis interested in obtaining medical cannabis will be guided through each step of the process by one of our certified doctors.

Once a recommendation has been approved, the patient can go to any Medical Marijuana Dispensary.

  • 45 minute consultation with our board-certified doctor

  • Product recommendations and guidance throughout the year

  • $25 OFF for the following: Veterans (bring VA ID Card or DD214), SSI, SSD (bring in the benefit verification letter for the year you are enrolled into the program)

$25 if the caregiver is with the patient at visit

$50 if the caregiver is not present during the visit

Addition of Caregiver

  • A caregiver is someone who is authorized to go to the dispensary with the patient or for the patient to assist with product purchasing
