  • Yes, if recommended by the doctor during your visit, we will process your information on the same business day.

  • Yes, we offer ADA compatible facilities, with wheelchair ramp, elevator, and ADA approved updated bathrooms on each floor.

  • This is a HIPAA compliant service which allows the patient to log in and send questions directly to the doctor, with prompt response.

  • You must be reevaluated by your cannabis doctor yearly, thus we recommend seeing us at One Heart at the 11-month mark from when your card was activated.

  • Yes, though each patients case will be evaluated individually by the doctor to see if use of both medical cannabis and your other medications is advised.

  • You will need your primary care provider or specialist to supply notes with your qualifying condition mentioned from the past 2-3 visits. Labs, imaging, and other testing performed as well as prior treatments are also helpful.

  • Currently, no insurance providers are accepting a doctor visit in regards to medical cannabis thus we cannot take insurance at this time.

  • We do not have any cannabis products on-site, however, we can provide you with contact information for some local dispensaries that do.

  • Yes, if your doctor deems your condition terminal, you will have access to a larger supply of cannabis.

  • Yes, an employer can take action on an employee at their discretion. We can provide notes to employers if the patient requests.
